Section 13 rent increase notices

100+ residents received Section 13 rent rises notices, proposing increases of between £200/pcm and £900/pcm.

Before the date your rent is supposed to increase (June 1st for most residents), you need to submit an MR1 (aka Rents 1) rent tribunal form with evidence to the government and send a copy to the landlord. Then the the landlord has 28 days to respond on an MR2 / Rents 1A form, and we have 14 days to respond on an MR3 / Rents 1B form.
